DAY 01Cairo → Bahariya Oasis → Al Haiz
Private transfer and first desert camp+
In the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from your Cairo hotel. Then, travel approximately 350 km west toward Bahariya Oasis in a private air-conditioned vehicle.
After lunch, continue toward Al Haiz. Finally, settle into your campsite for the first overnight stay beneath the desert sky.
DAY 02Bahariya → Dakhla Oasis
4×4 desert route, Al-Qasr and Mut+
After breakfast, change vehicles and continue by private 4×4 through the volcanic desert landscape toward Dakhla Oasis.
Next, visit the historic village of Al-Qasr. Afterwards, continue toward the area of the Muzawaka tombs in western Dakhla and visit the village of Mut.
DAY 03Dakhla → Bahariya → Black & White Desert
Mummies Museum, English Mountain, Crystal Mountain and Agabat+
Start the day with the transfer back toward Bahariya Oasis. Then, continue through the Black Desert and the White Desert.
During the day, visit the Mummies Museum, English Mountain and Crystal Mountain. In addition, explore the dramatic desert scenery around the Valley of Agabat.
DAY 04Hot Spring → Bahariya → Cairo
Breakfast, sulfur-water stop and return transfer+
After breakfast at the campsite, continue to a natural hot sulfur-water spring for a relaxing stop and shower.
Afterwards, enjoy lunch in Bahariya Oasis. Finally, drive back to Cairo by private air-conditioned vehicle, marking the end of your Western Desert journey.
